Creating the content is an ongoing activity. It's helpful to keep an idea bank / file with notes, ideas that you think of, as well as collecting campaign ideas from other businesses that you find interesting. The idea bank can be your inspirational starting point for your next campaign.

Learning the tools may take some time, but in the long run, the time you invest in your education will be rewarded many times over. Mastering a tool, the how-to and getting an expert's insight, allows you to focus on your business, your message and your audience.

Investing your time in attending workshops, webinars, classes and on-line courses can ultimately save you time because you will have a better understanding of how things work. Which in turn, will improve your efficiency.

Even people who are currently using the basics of email marketing or Facebook to just get something out the door,  can benefit from a creative perspective and a little more know-how.
